All courses are delivered through our registered centre in Nagpur and/or via online platforms as applicable. Course schedules, formats, and content are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Enrollment & Payment

Enrollment in a course is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. School of Brain accepts payments through authorized digital payment methods. All fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices are subject to change; however, confirmed enrollments will not be affected by price revisions.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, videos, worksheets, and resources provided by School of Brain are the exclusive intellectual property of School of Brain. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, or resell any course material without prior written consent. Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of your enrollment without a refund.

5. Participant Conduct

All participants are expected to engage respectfully with instructors and fellow learners. School of Brain reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive, offensive, or harmful to others. No refund will be issued in such cases.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

School of Brain provides its programs to the best of its knowledge and expertise. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or improvements as learning varies individually. Our programs are designed as educational tools and not as medical or treatments.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, School of Brain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs or use of our website.

8. Communication Consent

By enrolling in a program or registering on our website, you authorise School of Brain to contact you via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or phone calls for course updates, promotional offers, and service-related communications. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time by contacting us.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
