Cancellation Policy
The School of Brain understands that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your enrollment, please review the following terms so we can assist you in the best way possible.
Full Refund on Cancellation
You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel your registration at least 14 days before the scheduled course start date. If the School of Brain cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, all enrolled participants will automatically receive a full refund.
Partial Refund on Cancellation
Cancellations submitted between 7 and 13 days prior to the course start date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the enrollment fee. We strongly encourage participants in this window to consider rescheduling rather than cancelling, as seat availability can be limited in future batches.
No Refund on Cancellation
Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the course begins, or after the course has already commenced, are not eligible for any refund. This policy exists to ensure fairness to all participants and to allow the school to manage batch sizes effectively.
Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend your booked batch, we will do our best to accommodate you in a future session, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 7 days before your original course start date to avoid cancellation charges. Rescheduling is available once per enrollment.

Please provide your name, enrollment ID, the course name, and your reason for cancellation or preferred new batch date.
Processing of Cancellation Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your cancellation request.

All refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of enrollment.

No cash refunds will be issued.
