Refund Policy

At School of Brain, we are dedicated to delivering transformative learning experiences through our Midbrain Activation, Memory Boost, Meditation, and Parental Training programs. We stand behind the quality of every course we offer. If your experience does not meet your expectations, this policy outlines your options for a refund.

Eligibility for Refunds

Full Refund — Within 7 Days

We offer a full, no-questions-asked refund if you submit your request within 7 days of your purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the course materials. This window gives you enough time to explore the content and decide with confidence.

Partial Refund — 8 to 14 Days of Access

If you have begun the course but feel it is not the right fit, you may be eligible for a partial refund between Day 8 and Day 14 from the date of access. The refund amount is calculated based on the proportion of course material remaining:

  • If you have accessed 30% of the course, you may receive up to a 70% refund.

  • The exact percentage will be assessed upon review of your account activity.

No Refund

Refund requests made after 14 days of course access, or for any downloaded or offline materials, are not eligible for a refund.

Valid Grounds for a Refund

We will give priority consideration to refund requests based on:

  • If a verified technical problem prevents you from accessing your course and our team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.

  • If the course content substantially differs from what was described on our website at the time of enrollment. 

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact us within the eligible period through any of the following:

Please include your full name, order/enrollment number, and a brief reason for the request. Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.

Processing Timeline

Once your request is reviewed and approved (within 5 business days), the refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Additional Notes

  • This policy applies to all online courses and live workshops offered by the School of Brain.

  • School of Brain reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Changes will be published on our website.

  • By enrolling in any of our programs, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
